CANCELLATION POLICY

To guarantee fairness and keep our teams schedule full, we request that any cancellations be notified at least 24 hours in advance. We hold your scheduled time with a credit card on file. However, a late cancellation (within 24 hours) will result in a charge of 50 % or no-show will result in a charge of 100 % of the service price. By providing timely notice, you allow us to give your space to another valued customer while also assisting our team in successfully planning their schedule.
